Recruiting should be much more than just matching job descriptions and resumes. Any AI system, like CareerBuilder, Indeed or ZipRecruiter, can try & assume a quality match. WCSR operates on a much higher level with passion, transparency with a long term agenda.
If you're truly serious about the future of your business or career, posting your resume on the job boards hoping the right job match comes along or posting a job ad hoping the right candidate appears are transactional. That's the first mistake. The second is sitting in front of each other during an interview and everyone being on their best behavior in hopes the match is made. Transparency is lost along with being honest about what you both REALLY want long term that will show up down the road after the "honeymoon stage" is over!
What if you are trying to keep your search confidential? Did you know if you post your resume on the job boards, your employer can see it too? People come to me to avoid any conflict with their current state of employment so we can work together in private. It doesn't cost a dime to do so.

Is this a direct, contract to direct or temp position?
If you get contacted by a staffing firm make sure and ask if you have to be on their payroll during a probationary period. You can be working for the staffing firm vs the actual employer for as long as 3 months, maybe more. You will not reap the benefits of the employer as long as the staffing firm is employing you. WCSR only offers Direct Hie to the employer... on day one. I want you to reap the benefits like Health Insurance, Vacation, Ladder Climbing, and much more. Working on a contract to direct basis will put you behind the 8-ball. WCSR is always Direct Hire!
Where is the recruiter located?
Understanding the direct relationship the recruiter has with the employer, how long they've been working with the employer are all critical when you are looking to seat your career and to the success of your future. Anyone can match a resume to a job description! But do they know the employer not only professionally but personally? WCSR has strong relationships with the employers they decide to help. This relationship isn't taken lightly. WCSR qualifies employers like they qualify candidates... on a high level.
Is your resume being solicited?
Is the recruiter just slamming your resume to employers in hopes something sticks? Without your permission? Understand the process of the recruiter in detail. Get the employer name FIRST and BEFORE your information is submitted. Ask the staffing firm during their interviewing process for the employer information so you can research the company. Asking questions like... What do you do with my information after we end this call? Then what happens? What happens after that? When will I hear from you next? WCSR will help you through not only the application process, but interviews, 2 week notice, offers, on-boarding and much more.
