1. What types of positions do you fill?
We specialize in a range of industries and positions, including temporary, contract (1099), direct-hire and union roles across sectors like Construction, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Accounting, Administration, and more. We work with clients to find qualified candidates for both skilled and entry-level positions. *

2. How does the hiring process work?
Our process starts with an in-depth consultation to understand your needs, goals, and company culture. For candidates, we perform a thorough review of their qualifications and interests. We then match candidates and employers based on fit and skills, coordinating interviews and providing ongoing support through the hiring process.

3. Do you offer temporary, permanent, and contract/1099 placements?
Yes, we offer all three types of placements to suit different needs but all positions are DIRECT HIRE. Temporary roles are often project-based or seasonal, while contract placements have set terms. Permanent placements are for candidates seeking long-term roles with a company. *

 

4. What industries do you specialize in?
We specialize in Construction, Agriculture, and related trades, as well as supporting industries like Finance, Administration, and Manufacturing.

5. Do candidates need to pay for your services?
No, our services are free to candidates. We’re compensated by employers who seek our help in finding qualified talent for their roles.

 

6. How quickly can you find someone for an open position?

Depending on the complexity and specific requirements of the role, we can sometimes fill positions within just a few days. For roles requiring niche skills, the process may take a bit longer, as we prioritize finding the right fit. We are always actively recruiting, and many of our clients are open to reviewing and budgeting for a top-notch candidate at any time. Our commitment is to consistently work on behalf of our clients to meet their hiring needs.

7. How do you screen candidates?
Our screening process includes reviewing resumes, conducting in-depth interviews, assessing relevant skills and culture & DISC Asssessment reviews, . We can also provide basic background checks and references if requested by the employer.

8. Do you handle payroll for candidates?
We do not handle payroll; candidates are directly employed by the company. We find qualified candidates prefer direct hire. *

9. How do I apply for jobs through your staffing firm?

10. Will I be employed by the staffing firm or the hiring company?

No, we are strictly direct-hire. This means you will be employed directly by the hiring company. We provide employer details at the time of the scheduled phone interview, but not beforehand. To ensure confidentiality and accuracy, you must qualify for the position before we share employer information. Rest assured, confidentiality is a top priority for all parties involved.

11. Are there any fees to work with your firm?
No, our services are free to job seekers. We are compensated by the employers, our preferred clients, who seek out our services.

12. What kind of positions do you typically fill?

We place candidates in high-level positions, skilled trades, administrative, and management roles, with a focus on industries such as Construction, Agriculture, Transportation, and more. Simply gives us the scope of work you're interested in. If we can't help, we'll direct you to someone who can.
