Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

A real opening, direct hire is a permanent job with benefits, not a temporary or “temp-to-hire” position. You start your new job as an employee of the company, ready to grow your career long-term. Continue reading for more benefits below...

What Does “Direct Hire” Mean?

A Direct Hire job means you are hired directly by the employer, not by the staffing firm. In other words, you become a permanent employee of the company from day one.

When you’re placed in a direct hire position through WCSR, I act as a bridge between you and the employer — helping you get in front of the right people who actually see your resume, preparing you for interviews, and negotiating the best possible offer. But once hired, you are on the company’s payroll, not mine.

✅ For Job Seekers:

  • You’re hired directly by the company (not temporary, not contract).

  • You receive full company benefits — such as health insurance, vacation, 401(k), and bonuses for most of my openings. We discuss exactly what the employer will offer.

  • You will always receive the employer name and information following a phone interview with me. Your information will never be solicited or sent without your permission. This is a very important call between us. Please make sure and read the testimonials page.

  • You’re treated as a long-term team member from the start. In the event the employer or the job isn't what you want we can still move forward with new openings in private.

  • You do not have to publicly post your resume. If I can see it so can your current place of employment.

  • The entire hiring process is confidential and guided — I help you every step of the way if you'd like.

  • Best of all: There is no fee to you as the candidate.

🏢 For Employers:

  • WCSR handles the recruiting, screening, and presenting of qualified candidates.

  • You make the final hiring decision.

  • The new hire joins your company as a permanent employee — fully onboarded into your team and culture.

  • Between you, me and the candidate transparency and candid conversations are important to mitigating risk after the honeymoon stage is over.

  • Most candidates are working and exploring a change. Some may not be on the public job boards due to confidentiality.
